State Victim Assistance Academies

Many states provide foundation-level training similar to the foundation-level training which is provided at the National Victim Assistance Academy. OVC encourages anyone interested in receiving foundation-level training to research the training provided by their state through a State Victim Assistance Academy (SVAA). To determine if your state has an SVAA, please click here. Preference will be given for NVAA, Track 1 to individuals from states which do not have a State Victim Assistance Academy.
