Additional Information

  • Scholarship funding is awarded based on availability.
  • No more than $10,000 will be awarded to any state per calendar year regardless of the number of organizations applying for the program. The recipient organization may award no more than $1,000 in scholarship support to any single recipient.
  • Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Priority is given to new applicants who have not received support in the past.
  • Scholarship funds are provided through a reimbursement process after the conference.
  • Only one victim/applicant per organization/agency may receive a scholarship within a single calendar year.
  • As part of their submission, applicants must submit a copy of the conference agenda along with detailed information about any/all conference cosponsors.

Organizations must agree to:

  • Identify OVC as a conference cosponsor in all announcements and promotional materials.
  • Include language from OVC in all announcements and promotional materials.
