OVC Professional Development Scholarship Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the OVC Professional Development Scholarship Program. The application will allow us to learn more about you, your organization, and the event for which you are applying. Prior to completing the application, please read the eligibility requirements and frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Applications must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the start of the event. Only one scholarship can be awarded to an individual per calendar year. This scholarship is competitive, so please fill out the application completely. Incomplete applications will not be considered. (* = required field)
