MEGHAN LECHNER, DIRECTOR, THE COLORADO SANE/SAFE PROGRAM: We work with Air Force Academy, Air Force bases, and Army bases here in Colorado Springs. We have a formal MOU—so a memorandum of understanding—that we sign on an annual basis because we provide the care for any victims that come through, that may have happened either, you know, outside of the base or on base, we'll provide care for them. and we also have a working relationship with them in that we do education and trainings there, they come here and do tours with their advocates, and we just, you know, have kind of a back and forth education process with all of them.
