NVAA Leadership Institute Schedule, Goals, and Objectives

The goals for the Leadership Institute are to—
  • Introduce the basics of effective leadership within the organization.
  • Provide the tools you will need to develop your leadership skills.
  • Guide you in creating your own leadership mission.

There will be an Introductory Week from September 3–6, 2019. There is no webinar during the Introductory Week, but you will engage with other participants, watch a video, and complete and submit a worksheet.

All webinars will be held from 2:30–3:45 p.m. eastern time.
