What is a learning community?

Learning communities promote information sharing, networking, and collaboration, and support specific groups and populations. These secure online communities provide easy access to tools such as templates and guidelines, and promote collaboration in order to facilitate learning.

I forgot my learning community password. Where can I get assistance?

Contact OVC TTAC by telephone at 1–866–682–8822 or by email at TTAC@ovcttac.org to obtain password assistance. You may also contact your OVC TTAC learning community administrator.

Does OVC TTAC allow observers in trainings?

OVC TTAC has found that to maintain the integrity of the training and to foster a greater opportunity for constructive engagement, only OVC observers are permitted to attend trainings.

How do I sign up for OVC TTAC's listserv?

Visit the Get E-mail Updates page to sign up for information about available training and technical assistance opportunities.

How can I access my application in MyTTAC?

To access your application, go to MyTTAC and log in using the credentials you created when you applied. If you have difficulty logging in, please contact OVC TTAC by telephone at 1–866–682–8822 or by email at TTAC@ovcttac.org.

Can OVC TTAC disseminate information to the field on my behalf?

It is important that the information transmitted by OVC TTAC not fall outside of OVC TTAC's appropriate role and comports with OVC standards. Thus, e-blast requests that originate outside of OVC TTAC should meet the following criteria (PDF, 151 KB).

What plug-in do I need to view PDFs on the OVC TTAC website?

You need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDF files.
