The goals for the Leadership Institute are to—
  • Introduce the basics of effective leadership within the organization.
  • Provide the tools you will need to develop your leadership skills.
  • Guide you in creating your own leadership mission.

There is no webinar during the Introductory Week, but you will engage with other participants, watch a video, and complete and submit a worksheet.

  • Differentiate the characteristics of each DiSC styles.

Week 4: Fostering Team Building, Staff Development, and Succession Planning
